These prices are effective January 1, 2000, but are subject to change without notice.

The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our services. If legal or other requirements are necessary, we will explain the reason in writing on the "Statement of Funeral Goods and Services".

A. Minimum Services of Funeral Director & Staff

This fee for our services will be added to
the total cost of the funeral arrangements
you select. (This fee is already included
in our charges for direct cremation, immediate
burials and forwarding or receiving remains.

B. Embalming

Embalming in certain cases is not required
by law. Embalming is necessary, if you select
a funeral service with viewing.

$ 300.00

Other Preparations

Disinfecting, dressing, casketing and/or
cosmetizing.

$ 75.00

C. Cremation

This charge includes the preparing of
the body before cremation, all paper work, an
outer burial container, and the cremation
process. Also included in this price is the
transportation to and from the crematory.

$ 475.00

D. Facilities

Use of facilities for a wake $ 150.00

Use of facilities for viewing $ 250.00

E. Transportation

Transfer of deceased from place of death
to mortuary (within a 50 mile radius).
Additional mileage charge $ 1.25
per mile.

Funeral vehicle (Hearse) used for Funeral $ 125.00

Family vehicle (Service Car) used for the
Funeral $ 125.00

Flower Truck $ 100.00

A Traditional Funeral Service (not including merchandise) is in the price range of $ 2,225.00 to $ 2,450.00. Merchandise, Cash Advance Items, and Sales Tax will be added to this price.
